Workshop of Urban Huemer in Gunskirchen, dated on the cornice 1708 (understood however as 1780). A demountable pine cabinet with wedge joints, with a removable moulded cornice, 2 doors, painted blue and red, with floral panels and a depiction of the Madonna within ribbon work medallions, a soldier motif on the angles, also with the flower faces. Ca. 185 x 165x 68 cm. Mostly original condition. (DOC)
The dating is likely to be an error which occurred quite often due to the lack of school education.
